No surprise you'd hate the halftime show seen as how you pretty much seem to hate everything. That being said, the halftime show isn't meant to cater to people already at the game or watching the game on TV. They're already watching, it's not meant as a "bonus" for them. The halftime show IS to cater to, as you put it, the 12 year old girl demographic. Get TV sets that wouldn't normally tune in to switch the channel. Up the ratings, up the ad revenue, it's that simple. And as much as I can't stand Hedley, I'll take them over outdated acts like BTO mumbling out lyrics nobody can understand. No surprise you'd pick out something as ridiculous as this to criticize me for. You can be an ass just like everybody else even though you claim you aren't. Yeah I've been to three Cups in Vancouver now and everyone has been better than the last. They really are getting the hang of how to hold a party there now. 1999 was just plain brutal, with 20,000 seats empty. 2005 was way better even with the Black Eyed Peas as the Half time show (which I missed to go drink beer instead). 2011 was a great party. It helped that the Bombers were in it of course. I know this is wishful thinking but it would be great if the Bombers fluked another Grey Cup run and were playing again next year. And this time they wouldn't have to face BC, unless they were a cross-over.

It's too bad Tom Hanks had to be at one of the worst turd-burgers of a Grey Cup in a long time. It went exactly as I called it, and it wasn't even that cold! Burris sucks. Glenn Sucks. Bring on Collaros.
