I have a friend that lives 30 miles South of Minneapolis, he said they were getting rain tonight like he’s never seen it before. If it was colder he figures a foot of snow per hour wouldn’t have been a stretch. Glad to hear that schools are closed and no one is to report until Monday. Just wish they did it earlier than 9pm but happy it wasn’t 6am.

I booked this week off 2 months ago. Not only does this storm ruin my plans but they are closing the office for 2 days and those F’ers are getting 2 free days off…

I was diagnosed Celiac about 6 weeks after my last visit there so it wouldn’t be the same for me anyway but my wife is crying after seeing those pics. Her heart aches for a “Special”.

If I had to guess the balked at going through with the sale as they realized that Headingly was not going to approve the development plan and then the city could be in trouble with the purchaser. City needs to come up with a plan that the RM agrees with prior to the sale. I predict this goes on for a few more years.
