Wow, Edmonton’s got kind of a killer DL, even before adding Rage Pee Leonard. I hope we see more of the quick/ball control stuff, this is not the game to keep Zach sitting in the pocket. Still don’t see what they do in Haba. Still don’t see why Adams is on the PR. Good thing Leake is still out but Kevin Brown is no slouch either. Gonna be a couple tight games.

That team should have won a championship. It’s such a shame, because the 02 team was actually more talented than 2001. IIRC Stegall broke his collarbone in the WSF, Roberts got hurt at the beginning of the WF and they had to finish the final without either of them. Still almost pulled off a comeback after being down 28 or so. Edmonton was keying on Sellers and Bruce, Khari was throwing to guys like Geoff Drover. Just a brutal loss.

Here’s the time he ran all over the Riders. In the top 5 fun games I’ve attended for sure. 30 km winds..nobody could do anything all game except Sellers, until Khari hit Stegall on a TD bomb to win it late in the 4th.

Sellers scores a TD in that game and does a subtle crotch chop to the Sask crowd.
