Recently we've had more CFL coverage since the Manziel trade and the odd Bombers segment but aside from the daily couple segments on TSN 1290 we get to hear a week of Westwood talk about Trouba arbitration in July.

The issue with your argument is the bombers would never replace Harris with Demski, Demski is a change of pace back and slotback. The next logical replacement in my mind is Lafrance then Augustine. If neither of those work out we could reshuffle the roster and have Peterman or Simonise come in with Flanders starting at rb.

I think this team gets complacent when coming in to back to backs or after a big win, hopefully they learned an important lesson in BC and never take the foot off the gas again this season.

I meant they'll likely relocate those funds in another position, if you interpreted that as they'd sign another reciever that's fine and they may do that if they're not happy with what they have on the bench right now. Personally I haven't watched enough practice to know that for sure but to rely on the two Canadians they drafted this year (those are the only other recievers we've seen at this point) to come in and fill an import reciever pos I think would be foolish as some have suggested. I'd like to see them start Thompkins or Washington this week, I'd rather see Thompkins but they know better than I do.

I'm hoping for Thompkins, From the little I've seen from him he looks like a real baller.

Cap and performance are very much closely correlated. Hanging on to an aging wr who clearly can't catch making $140k a season is a waste and we'll likely make a signing during NFL camp cuts.

nothing like people pretending something doesn't make sense before they've watched a single game. Not to mention how little some of these rules actually affect the game.

I think we need to just go into every week going forward with no changes being made expecting nothing and maybe getting pleasantly surprised.

You don't like Streveler, if you did this would be chalked up to one bad game and a learning experience against one of the best defences in the league. He threw a couple bad passes and had a couple drops from good recievers that killed drives. If you can't see that I don't know what to tell you. You're instead changing the narrative of blame from a defence who was STATISTICALLY the worst defence in an astounding number of areas last year and probably already this year as well to an offence that has put up over 30 points in the first 2 games.

None of the things you mentioned are even relevant to what we're upset about so that excuse is garbage. Streveler was fine, missed a couple throws, had a couple drops.

Keeping Hall should be a fireable offense for O'shea, I believe he is responsible for choosing his coordinators more-so than Walters. Walters needs to man up and get rid of Hall and in the offseason find O'shea's replacement. Enough is enough.
