Im all for giving him some time but how much time before someone is brought in is the question. Being 4-1 and 1st in the west is a luxury and affords us the time to be a bit patient. Horrible strategy if true considering youve got a bunch of fatties on the field that cant catch quick returners. Missed field goals routinely end up as huge returns. Case in point his 47 yard miss that went back 73 yards the other way. No way that was strategy. OSH thought he could make it.

Agree on both points. However, weve been very lucky that he hasnt cost us games yet, and its a guarantee that he will moving forward if his kicking doesnt improve asap.

Liegghio needs to figure it out asap. Im all for giving the rookie a chance, but his 2 missed field goals were downright awful. Even his 46 yarder bounced at the 5. Not even close. For a guy known for his leg strength, ive been less than impressed. Its not like he's mashing these kicks and theyre just going wide. And his punting has been very up and down. A lot of people here willing to give him lots of time to figure it out, but we'd be singing a very different tune if we had lost by 2 points. He'd be working at footlocker by now if this were the NFL.

Fairy concerned how handily it seemed the Stamps controlled both lines of scrimmage. Oshea talked all week about having to be more physical and yet Calgary beat us up in the trenches all night.

Yeah im not a big fan of the 6/7 man blitz with our current personnel. Love Biggie but his speed is quickly evaporating and Briggs is just too slow to get effective pressure. Didnt get much pressure all game. Thought Calgary won the trench war for sure which is disheartening seeing as its our bread and butter.

We really miss Richardson i think. Sayles and Thomas arnt getting it done in the middle. Thomas looks cooked and Sayles has been invisible except for his one sack 3 games ago.
