I really thought MOS would keep his job after winning the West Final and going to his 5th straight Grey Cup. But, it's clear he's not a good coach, has lost the room and is both too tough and too lenient, trusts his vets too much but also doesn't listen to them. Thanks MBB!

Yeah their revised rules state that the CC can intervene when a clear & obvious error had occurred.  That was not clear or obvious - TSN had to slow it down & replay it like 3-4 times and even then it was iffy.  The call on the field should have stood.

I'm not sure where we are with our cap, but it could be a good year (2024) to go over and create cap space for next year.

Not run out per se, but his run in BC was... interesting.  He ended up resigning for "personal reasons" but there was a lot of criticism of how he handled things there - from player relations to shady contract issues.
