  1. Gainey looking at him like WTF? is icing on the cake. 😂
  2. Thanks for reminding me to replay last years Schoen TD, against his coverage.

had to make a slight adjustment there for you...
  4. Yeah with Corny as QB, I'm sure DB's around the league are trembling in fear...
  5. Probably would have had better results doing that.

What's that I hear? Openly known Magats and other Magats hiding behind labels are feeling more emboldened and supportive of this hideous grotesque human being. Predictably he'll respond to this in the same way they will. He emulates exactly who they are as human beings. Anyone who brushes away what this deeply disturbed man has done to others with a 'yes but what about', 'yes but that person is just as bad', 'yes but I've seen worse', etc is driving us over a cliff. This is not to be clumped into 'let's all be open minded, let's not be divisive there's many differing and equally valid viewpoints on this issue'. In our lifetime Trump will go down as one of the worst human beings ever.
  8. As far as I'm concerned the Canadian Mafia get the benefit of the doubt. If he isn't good enough he will be among the first cut.

It's not even the start. He's lost many court cases. The biggest, the best court cases. The judge cried when the verdict was read.
  12. Shows how good number 8 is, the way he moves up the pocket with his legs to create time, his head still looking at the receiver down the field and to hit a 50 yard dime without firmly planting his feet, it’s just incredible, I don’t think any other QB in the league makes that throw.
  13. I remember legitimately laughing out loud when I watched that play... a true pro receiver making a pretend corner look like exactly what he is...

Did a bit of reading on him and whatever the Bombers reasoning is, he sure seems like a FIFO-type of guy. https://www.wivb.com/sports/university-at-buffalo-bulls-college-sports/ex-navy-seal-on-ub-football-team-damian-jackson-is-nfl-hopeful/

I would bet that you are both right. As progressive as we think we are as Canadians... we are not that progressive. I don't foresee a non-white PM anytime soon, which is very unfortunate because you are not using 100% of the talent pool.
  18. Tbh I’m happy Osh Jr gets a chance to experience the culture of a premier CFL locker room. Whatever the armchair scouts have to say, this front office doesn’t do charitable TC invites. Osh Jr has to have -something- to offer other than his name. He worked hard enough to get an invite and now he technically has an opportunity to work hard enough for a roster spot. Whether or not that happens there will be legitimate reasons either way.
  19. Need to know Juniors thoughts on hoodies and shorts before I can make a determination on if he'd be a good coach or not!

One WW2 tank, no flyovers, no mass marches and, above all, no Putin who was tucked in far a far away bunker. While all this was going on, Russians were fleeing occupied Ukrainian territory and hundreds of his soldiers were dying in futile charges. This reminds me of a line from Dr. Zhivago when his half-brother says, " I underestimated our (Russian) capacity for suffering".

  22. I personally think if we had had Darvin last year in the GC he might have made the difference and woken some of those guys out of their slumber. That guy definitely has the FIFO mentality.
  23. Maybe MOS wants to groom his son to be a coach, so this way he gets to see the inside of a CFL training camp from a players' perspective. I'm all for keeping the OShea bloodline in the Bombers organization if it means years ahead of tough competitive teams who play for each other and want to run through walls for their coach and their team.

  25. yup he sure lit it up here in Kelowna. I wish that young man all the best! Unfortunately it probably will be tougher for him than it would be for everyone else as this is going to look like a Kevin Feterik situation unless he can show that he deserves to be on the roster with his stellar play. Good luck!

Wow, a recording by Hal Lone Pine, former Winnipegger and father to Lenny Breau. Randy Bachman has many stories to tell about growing up down the street from Breau when he was a teenager, and receiving informal guitar lessons in trade for hamburgers, you can clearly hear his influence in jazzier songs like "Blue Collar". This song is from 1950 and Lenny was born in 1941, he was a boy genius guitarist, but this may be from before he joined the family band.

The only reason Trump has not done more damage to America and the world is that he was constrained by law and time. If somehow he managed to establish that he, as president, was above the law, he would have jailed critics, muzzled dissent, completed the militarization of the police, abandoned the international obligations of America and installed himself as a president-for-life dictator.

Trump is a POS and 75million or so people will vote for him and that unfortunately say more about these Americans and proves that America is a cesspool.
  30. And the fact the poor snap from the centre didn't slow Collaros down and that he knew exactly where the line of scrimmage was. I'm equally impressed with the team going for it with 52 seconds before half. Many other Bomber teams have just taken a knee in those situations.

I don't know if drafting him FROM the Sun is the right way to phrase it. They were one of many stops he's had before coming to the CFL. To say he hasn't had the most traditional career path would be a bit of an understatement: 2013-2015 Usports (Calgary Dinos) *ruled academically ineligible for senior year* 2016 - CIF (Chicago Eagles) 2016 - NFL (Cincinnati Bengals) *tests positive for PEDS and gets cut* 2016-2017 - CJFL (Okanagan Sun) 2018 - AFL (Baltimore Brigade) 2018 - Bombers draft him in the 2nd round.

  39. Built like a brick **** house. Think they saw long snapper in his bio from one of the schools, played DL for Buffalo last year. Bet they are looking at him for the 3 tec spot.
  40. O'Shea Jr is as much of a CFL prospect as anyone picked Round 3 on in the 2023 draft aside from the obvious NFL guys teams took fliers on to grab their CFL rights just in case. Let's just say he was a much more dominant player in the BCFL than many others who were drafted, even in the same position and as a straight up playmaker as a returner. Now some of those guys have the things you can't teach, like being 6'5 230. But doesn't make them a football player.

Pygrome looks interesting. Gets caught up using a wind up on deep balls, but doesn’t seem like he lacks arm strength. Looks much better when he’s using touch and taking some thing off the ball. Pretty savoy at eluding pressure and throwing on the run. Not a crazy dual threat qb. More mobile and kg esq. He lists between 5’9 and 5’10 and looks pretty stocky at 200-205. Not a lot of experience or film on Jackson. Testing numbers aren’t crazy athletic but certainly athletic enough. Likely not refined at combine tests as well. A teams and high character guy. This smacks of a guy mac or another scout saw in practice / pro day and he was just beasting. Kind of a flyer and i like the big strong de with versatility for that kind of camp addition. cole looks really good. A monster kr guy who transitioned into a wr role. 35 yards kick off and 26 yards per punt return in his best years with 4 tds. then had a huge senior year as a wr. Also put up solid running numbers in college. Alleged 4.3 speed was disappointed in a high 4.4 pro day. But had a 10 yard split of 1.46 which is insane. 37.5” vert and monster 127” broad jump. He also covered kicks in college and the nfl some and is supposed to be a good tackler. Which is great to have. Put up 46 tackles on teams in college. Don’t often see under sized d2 guys go to the nfl and make a pr little on get in some games. This guy has some lofty potential.
