Oh totally. She was leading the polls as wild rose leader the time we wound up with Redford but when she refused to condemn one of her crazies for saying that gay people should burn in a lake of fire she blew it. Every time she talks she turns people off so they know she is the biggest obstacle to winning. Keeping her quiet is the best way. They've already gone around getting videos removed or edited from the internet where she talked about privatizing health care.

The current Premier and the current Health Minister are incompetent boobs, they would run a lemonade stand into the ground. The former Premier and Health Minister were not much better, but the NDP have a problem with Wab either precieved or real he just rubs people the wrong way and is a bit of a hot head. Liberals are about as popular as the Green party. Not much to choose from in the upcoming elections.

Ralph Klein was also once a Liberal, that was until he concluded he had no chance of getting elected in Alberta under that banner, so he switched parties. The lure for most politicians is the access to power, who knows what trouble Obby will get himself into if he gets closer to the thrown.

Personal experience..... We have a mini pack and were contacted twice about a month ago to commit to the whole playoffs, which we declined. These were direct from ticket reps. Have been contacted for our window to move / upgrade seats. This was a form / mass email. And contacted with instructions for single seats leading up to and when playoff presale was open to season ticket holders. This was a form / mass email. This was primarily through email mind you. I could see some people having an obscure email address they don't check or going to spam. But I don't think it is realistic to phone thousands and thousands of people in that short a time frame after the Jets qualified for playoffs.

Hey I like some things conservative offer in how to govern but that’s not what she represents. She’s a wingnut, articulate, but still a wingnut that has probably felt emboldened the day fucknuts came down that escalator in 2016.

O’Shea Jr was a guy I thought was really going to be a player a couple years ago but seems like he may have peaked and his pro potential seems slim at best. I would be happy to see us sign him as a UDFA or something, but I hope for both SR and JR that we don’t invest a draft pick - not fair to either one.

Liberals tend to do well in by-elections, as they can focus all their limited resources. In the general election, they'll focus only on those that they have a legitimate chance to win. That will not be too many seats.

next step is ..... the Nazis were correct, next step round up Jews, gays, blacks, asians. and yeah, it seems to be accelerating. just astounding. In Germany, this stuff is not permitted. "The paradox of tolerance states that if a society is tolerant without limit, its ability to be tolerant is eventually seized or destroyed by the intolerant. Karl Popper described it as the seemingly self-contradictory idea that in order to maintain a tolerant society, the society must retain the right to be intolerant of intolerance."

Its called "gallows humour" and is a coping mechanism when we are confronted with an event that the conscious mind cannot make sense of it and needs to distract in order for the person to cope. It is common in ERs, with police and emergency responders. Some of this world we live in and are reminded of is functionally insane.
