May 4, 20169 yr comment_195096 man i hope it means we are gonna bring back guys like blink again to induct them into the ring.
May 4, 20169 yr comment_195100 Wonder if they will have a ring of honor and BB hall of fame. With the best of the best up for ring induction. Because there must be at this point about 50 guys in BB hall of fame.

To me, that's the Mount Rushmore of Blue Bombers. If you do one per game, add guys like Blink, Brown, Murphy, Jacobs, Brock, Battle, Jones etc.

May 6, 20169 yr comment_195200 I think players from the older eras should go first just out of respect for the past. Fritz Hansen, Russ Rebholz, Jack Jacobs Tom Casey, George Trafton, Bud Grant, Herb Gray, Frank Rigney, Ken Ploen, Leo Lewis, Ernie Pitts, Norm Rauhaus, etc, Edited May 6, 20169 yr by iso_55

We already have a statue for Grant and posters around the stadium for others. How many can you honour?

One from the olden days and one from newer times. Rigney and Walby at the same ceremony.

I think that modern players should be honoured for sure. But the guys that came before them need to be recognized so modern fans know who these players are. That's the worst part of the CFL & the Blue Bombers themselves.... they don't honour the past like they should. The NFL is great on remembering & honouring former greats. They live on in NFL Films. The CFL never did that which is really unfortunate.

May 6, 20169 yr comment_195263 where would you guys place Matt Dunnigan? I'm trying hard to think of what he really did in his time here, obviously that big 700 yard passing game, but most of his success came on other teams
May 6, 20169 yr comment_195265 He had that monster passing game in 1993 for the Bombers but when I think of Dunigan, I think of him more as an Eskimo as he won the GC with them in 86.
