Hall for Larsson. It's done. Might be more to it but those are the 2 main pieces.

sounds like it's 1 for 1. WOW. shocking. Hall must have some sort of issues off the ice that the Oilers don't like.

I dunno. I think it's got a lot to do with cleaning out the locker room, i also think it shows that RNH EBERLE and Yakupov don't have the value to get a top 4 D man. 

 

Larsson is a very good player. Oilers fans heads are exploding but i trade a Winger for a TOP 4 top 2 D man everyday.

Larsson seems like an underachiever so far in his career.

I've also heard stories about how disliked Hall is in Edmonton. Must be true. I can't see how this trade makes sense otherwise. It seems like a big win for New Jersey.

I feel like I might spend the entire afternoon crying. An absolutely embarrassing abortion of a trade by Chia, who has now dealt both Taylor Hall and Tyler Seguin and got completely schooled on both deals. Hall is their best player right now (McJesus will be soon, but at this exact moment, Hall is their best player) and to only get a B-List (at best) D like Adam Larsson is embarrassing. To not even get picks or anything thrown in....just....how?

also, they're obviously signing Lucic on Friday, but even with that, it's a massive downgrade at LW. Humongous downgrade...
