  • Usually when there is a no end call the flag is thrown right when the ball is snapped.   I really want to know why in this case the official ran in from the side line to talk to the other official A

  • Pretty hilarious how often we get apologies from the league. Seriously makes me start thinking the fix is in.

Agreed.  The problem with the "shoulda made the plays earlier in the game" stuff is that the cumulative effect of all the plays to that point in the game had put the Bombers in a great position to at

Its not even a bomber issue really... its a CFL issue.  For the refs to make a borderline call like that late in the game, just leaves a sour taste in the fans mouths.  Instead of a nail-biter and maybe over-time for a team who is struggling to fill the seats... we all left saying 'The CFL is a joke... time for NFL and NHL...'  Its a real shame is what it is...

This is the key point I think.

If there was one day I'd ever wish Mike Kelly still had a role, any role with this team it would be today where he would surely tell the league to go have intercourse with itself.

So they have missed at least one call on Drew Willy that could have significantly impacted our season, and definitely impacted the game.

Now this... Thanks for apologies.

No. The refs weren't responsible for the lack of O in the 3rd. That's the Bellefeuille special but... the game is 60 minutes long. No lead is safe stuff. If the refs actually messed that call up... sounding like they did.... no it didn't cost us the game but.... it might have

Speaking of agendas get off the blame bellfool this is supposed to be about the no end call remember?

Wonder if any of those people ragging on O'Shea for not "making sure the players were lined up properly" are prepared to issue statements of their own.

Heh.

Yep I'll step up MOS didn't make this mistake. Its on the Refs.

...Pretty tough to win when you have to play the refs. as well....I don't blame Miller for going bananas on those guys...We 're desperate for wins and we get a clown of a ref. making a call like that...Apologies to Mike O from me as well on that particular ref. blunder...not his fault.

These apologies over the years from the CFL seem to always be to the Bombers.

I'm pretty sure they now have a form letter already addressed to the WFC. All's they have to do then, is change the wording in the apology.

That could finally make up for Cohon's bungling of the Tom Canada trade...
