One of the most damning things about our offence this year and last was how long it takes for a play to develop. The opposition has time to run tot he sidelines for a drink and still return to the field to stop the play. It was most noticable during the Calgary game.

I've been watching our receivers lately and for the most part they run poor routes and do a terrible job of blocking. Our so called playmakers look lazy and uninspired, time for a receiver shake up.

Thought you knew this, the RB has to stop to ask the QB which way to go....sheesh.

I still think the Bombers can make the playoffs.  I think the next 3 games are winnable if Nichols works out ok.  And then everyone is singing a different tune.  Especially you!

ongoing problem last 2 years - and this is going to sting but - both pre- and post-snap tempo seems to be a little better with Drew Willy out

I almost want them to fail just to get rid of MB.

I have a fear that he sticks around even if we lose. I still think the time to can him was after the last game and when that didn't happen, we are stuck with him for the rest of the season.

When did Marcel move up top? Didn't they make a big deal about him being on the sidelines this season?

He utilized the run a lot more effectively and there were even a few shovel/screen passes too.  i think it's likely that with the win tonight he's made sure that, baring a complete breakdown in the O, he's here for the rest of the season.

So MB can call deep plays on a guy who joined us 10 days ago.... Yet couldn't call the same plays with a guy who has been with us for two years?

He definitely called a better game but I'm still unsure on why Walker gets runs up the gut?

This is what I think.  O'Shea wants to be the nice guy, but if it comes down to someone like MB threatening his job, I'm not sure mike's all that nice anymore

MB sucks but I'm guessing brohm and Marve just don't have the ability to go deep. Can't read the d as quick as Nichols.

brohm plays scared and Marve cant hit the deep ball accurately.. and cant read defenses as well..

nichols knows the teams defenses and play makers.. and they know him.. and can still move the ball.

I don't think the running game worked out as well as planned but at least they stuck with the run tonight throughout the game so that is encouraging.  On second thought that probably had more to do with never being behind by more than 7.
