CFL Week 3 Games - Ott @ Edm / SK @ BC / Tor @ Cgy

Ottawa looked like a team that was pretty satisfied with themselves for winning their first 2 games and got spanked cause they didn't have the intensity or focus that Edmonton had. Looks good on them.

Yup. They've made their quota of yearly wins, so every win from here on in is a new record.

  • You know, watching this game makes me wonder...   ...WHY DID I PICK OTTAWA TO WIN!?!?!?!!

  • They are comparing Chamblin to Greg Marshall now.  It's awesome.  Full scale meltdown.

Ottawa may have got a bit lucky their first 2 games. They barely beat Montreal when 2 qbs got hurt and handed bc a loss too. Montreal pretty decent but losing 2 qbs. Yeah the other team should win. BC looked awful tho.

Man those BC receivers are shy about blocking for each other -- guys taking short passes are getting lit up bad. Then you compare that with Bagg and Richardson throwing downfield blocks to spring their buddies for big/important gains. Roughriders looking like they're playing a team game, Lions not so much.

You can watch for the Sask. receivers to do as much holding as they do blocking on those plays.
