Gamethread for all the non-bomber games.

The bomber game'll have it's own thread, but I can't wait guys cuz the action is back and it all starts off again TONIGHT at 7:30.

Go Big Blue.

6:30 I think.

Yep, 6:30 Winnipeg time.  USA might be in a different time zone...

I wonder how the big physical DB's of the Eskimos adapt to the new rules if any team will struggle with that early it will be them.

I figure Montreal is in trouble for this, besides leading in very deserved pass interference penalties how many times have we heard "Chip Cox got away with one there..."

Only when Duane Forde is talking.

Stoked to crack a beer and watch some football tonight. Doesn't matter who plays or if it's a good game or not, football is back baby!

I always find it so disconcerting when you post with such a positive attitude.

Why I'm positive far more often than I'm negative. If you have different perception might I suggest being wrong less often so I don't have to correct as much?

Here's my pre-game report on Ottawa - based on comments from Santino Filoso (Defending the R source - and it ain't Kirk Penton)

Funny, weird or right on predictions?

- Ottawa will be 7-11 and make the playoffs and win a playoff game

- they will have a new kicker before the end of the year.

- the RedBlacks will lead the East Division in interceptions.

- Justin Capicciotti and Marlon Smith will both have double digit sack seasons.

- Antoine Pruneau will make 70+ tackles, have 5 sacks, force 5 fumbles and make 5 interceptions.

- Ernest Jackson will lead the team in receptions, yards and touchdowns.

- Jeremiah Johnson will be the feature back by Week 5.

- Henry Burris will turn back the clock and throw for 5000 yards and 30 TDs

- The Redblacks will have a top 3 offence.

Montreal pre-game report:

Crompton has cut his hair!!

That is all.
