Yeah it's not too hard to figure out Stallone is on steroids of some kind. ... which is perfectly legal under the auspice of a doctor. While he's clearly gone "off label" he also has an outstanding physique for a guy at any age and likely gets more tail than anyone on this message board. God bless him.
