December 13, 201410 yr comment_99535 And speaking of quality guys, former Bomber Moton Hopkins is mentioned as having a try-out too.
December 13, 201410 yr comment_99540 Great news about a couple of quality guys. Best of luck!! Â Indeed. Â I'd hate to lose them but wish them all the best.
December 13, 201410 yr comment_99555 Heck, can't anyone here be resentful and spite-filled about this?
December 13, 201410 yr comment_99556 I think Banks would be pissed about it.  "Those clowns get a chance, and I didn't." -"I hope they don't win a spot."
December 13, 201410 yr comment_99557 Wish nothing but the best of luck fulfilling a dream and making a ton of bank for a few solid guys and great ball players. It's all you can do...
December 13, 201410 yr comment_99558 Uh oh. Not good. Wild gone = more Kuale. I can't imagine any scenario where Kuale isn't released this off season.Â
December 13, 201410 yr comment_99560  Uh oh. Not good. Wild gone = more Kuale. I can't imagine any scenario where Kuale isn't released this afternoon.  Fixed that for you.
December 13, 201410 yr comment_99561 I think Banks is pissed about it. "Those clowns get a chance, and I didn't." -"I hope they don't win a spot." Is this real?

December 14, 201410 yr comment_99578 Lots about Wild to like but he's too small to play MLB every play and with both the other LB spots trending into coverage jobs I'm not sure he's actually as valuable as we feel he is. Sears, meanwhile, is hurt a lot. I personally don't view these guys as top end free agents who NEED to be signed. Not to bash them because I do like both players I just don't think they are among the best defenders in the league or anything.

He may be smaller than the the prototype but the guy is just a damned good tackler and he is a guy who you notice when he's not in the lineup. He gets all over the field and is always involved in the play. This team needs more guys like that not less.  Sears is hurt a lot and it is a concern, but when he's in the lineup he's a star. A flat out playmaker.Â

December 14, 201410 yr comment_99589 I consider Wild to be a must sign if he doesn't make the NFL. Â Sears, not so much. Â Hurt too often and takes too many undisciplined penalties for my liking.
December 14, 201410 yr comment_99591 142 tackles over 2 years…minus a few games  Like this little gem of a tackle against Calgary…..appreciated by O'Shea…and many others. B3UXdQQCEAAD5Hd.mp4  And we don't need to sign him? - Wrong.  We're a better team with Wild in the lineup….no doubt about it.   Â
December 14, 201410 yr comment_99593 Wild would be a big loss. Sears? I don't know, i like him but his injury issues are a concern for sure.. plus thought don unumba looked pretty good at the LB spot when he got his chance to play too, actually reminded me a bit of a younger possibly less injury prone sears.Â

He is a notable absence on your defence when he isn't playing, that in itself makes him a priority resign IMO. Look at it this way, I'd be happy if we took a run at signing him if he becomes available.
December 14, 201410 yr comment_99598 Sears & Wild are both good players and I'd like to have them both back, but WIld is much more valuable to our team than Sears is.
