as some of you may have heard the NFL is expanding practice roster size from 8-10. What's worse for bomber fans is 2 of these spots can be reserved for players who have accrued no more than 2 years of experience (as opposed to players who have accrued no more than 1 year of experience). 

That means guys like Bilukidi and Mulumba, who previously would have had to make an active roster in the NFL now are eligible to be thrown on the practice roster this season. Mulumba was likely to catch on with someones active roster this season but this very well could delay Bilukidi's arrival to Winnipeg.

Mulumba is pretty much a shoe-in for the PR. Bilikudi not so much.
