Posted July 11, 201410 yr comment_65498 He's announced he will be returning to Cleveland. This has potential to be one of the greatest sports stories of my lifetime. If he returns to Cleveland and brings them any number of championships ... you honestly couldn't write a better script imo.
July 11, 201410 yr comment_65500 Will Cleveland fans forgive & forget, especially the way he left the first time?
July 11, 201410 yr comment_65504 Rumours running crazy about wiggins being sent to minnesota for Kevin Love. Will Cavs fans forgive and forget? Short answer is YES, Long answer is also yes. They have the best basketball player in the world on their team again, ofcourse they will forgive and forget.

If he doesn't win in Cleveland, then they might look at those championships he won in Miami and think those should/could have been theirs if he had stayed there in the 1st place.
July 11, 201410 yr comment_65532 He spat on the fans in Cleveland when he left. I don't think it'll be that easy for him to go back. Best player in the world or not.
July 11, 201410 yr comment_65539 if I gave a **** about basketball at all and was a Cleveland fan I'd take the attitude that he can **** right off.
July 11, 201410 yr comment_65541 I am glad he chose the Cavs because as Mike said, its a great story. I do find it hilarious that fans were ready to escort him out of town via pitchforks and torches and now will welcome him "home". he's saying all the right things. Good for him. Great story and he will go along way to repair his reputation. He's won two championships that people say were cheapened somewhat. Now he's going to go be the veteran on a team of kids to guide them to the promised land. Fantastic. I hate basketball but as Palpatine said about Anakin, I will be watching his career with great interest.
July 11, 201410 yr comment_65569 He spat on the fans in Cleveland when he left. He was a free agent. While dumb and kinda insulting, his broadcast of the choice of his next team raised 2.5 million for the boys and girls club of america, and even more for other charities. That is the entirety of his transgressions as a professional athlete. Pretty sure he's one of the good ones. The people of Cleveland didn't own him.
July 12, 201410 yr comment_65595 Interesting to see Bosh re-signed in Miami at the max, while Houston traded players away to make room and don't get him. Oops.......
