    I saw it posted somewhere by someone else that summed it up best. Any potential GM that wanted to keep Burke as head coach was a poor choice for GM anyway.

All sarcasm aside, I think this is a solid move and hope that Wade can move this franchise in the right direction with the same tenacity and work ethic he did for Pinnacle and his other ventures.

In other news, the Bombers have opted to combine the "President & CEO" roles into one: Emperor.

I like 'Chancellor' myself... he'd be the Chancellor on Chancellor

I dont know if it's only me but... I got a feeling that if Walters will get the GM gig, he will retain Burke as HC... :unsure:

    He'll be a good hire IF he doesn't meddle with the football side of things...

     

    As someone who knows Wade lets just say the odds of him "staying outta the football side" are somewhere between slim and none. 

     

    He'll be in his GM's ear whenever he sees fit, which for him makes a sock puppet the ideal GM -- or Walters.
