By the time they pass away, they have no idea what they're doing or going on. After that, they just do what they're told what to do. They should appoint them in their mid 40's when they're young & vibrant. Then have them retire at 65-70. To me, it is a form of elder abuse that has been allowed to continue for a thousand years.
