QB & OL. yup....he's got them in the playoffs....mase a few gaffs....but he also a relatively nw HC....I sure they will give him another yr...I think most teams now will, based on success we have had here and fact that in yr 3...we could have axed Osh but gave him that extra bit of rope

Adding the asst.. HC title to Younger won't pad his pocket as the Bombers are already maxed out, unless the CFL does away with the administrative cap in the off-season and allows teams to spend what they need to retain staff.
