It's under Roughing the Passer in the CFL rules, any illegal/unnecessary contact to QB, including after QB has given himself up with feet first slide, landing with full body weight, stuffing on ground or throwing to ground. I like challenging the base cover 3/4 shell stuff Jones runs with verticals. You have to get the DB's dropping off or they are just coming downhill at anyone on an intermediate/short route.
