Comes down to Hall not scheming correctly or the vets just being unwilling to buy in to the game plan.  Watching Jefferson overrun every play looking for sacks you kind of wonder.

Due to minimal Dline depth...and persistence of heavy rotation of Thomas and Lawson who lack athleticism....but we have a DA fullback tho...who a quarter in hasn't seen a snap
