I doubt that "Deliverance" would never be made today. Even in 1972, it was a cringe worthy motion picture. I've never been able to get through it in one shot. Very uncomfortable to watch. People always think that, but modern movies have some outrageous content, just not main stream movies. The ability for low budget movie makers to find a crowd now is way easier with all the streaming services. The free and niche services from tubi to shudder have some pretty out there stuffÂ
