What I understand is that they poached a bunch of PGA players with big cash paydays, and because it’s tied to a Saudi group the source of the money is questionable. Is that it? And is it really that big a deal? Why is the PGA (and Bob Irving) so bent out of shape about this competition? A whole lot of people virtue signaling and jumping on a bandwagon. The PGA is on a smear campaign because they are threatened and are trying to brain wash people into thinking LIV is evil. You'll see people say it's from blood money and horrible things.... yet these same folks have no problems buying electronics and clothing from where the raw materials originates from Africa where it's absolutely awful conditions with child labour and then assembled in China with inhumane working conditions. Many people are extremely uninformed on just HOW much things the Saudi's invest big time money into around the globe. So much of what we spend money eventually ends up back to them. I'm not a fan at all of the social beliefs that they have , but to pretend LIV is somehow any different from basically all big entities is silly. Anyone who despises LIV should question about putting money into the following businesses as they have HUGE investments from that same blood money: Costco Google Amazon Wal Mart Home Depot Starbucks Nintendo Pay Pal Uber Visa Fed EX Grand Theft Auto UFC Adobe Zoom Nestle Electronic Arts AMD Many many more that can be listed. TLDR: People jumping on a bandwagon and somehow a Golf Company funded by oil people equals bad. Yet that exact same oil money funding Costco that's perfectly ok. People just being silly.
April 9, 20232 yr comment_626255 LIVer Koepka imploding on Sunday at Augusta. PGAer Rahm-bo just has to keep it together. Unfortunately LIVer Mickelson making a big push. Hate seeing these lazy assholes who don't have to earn anything doing well at these events... Edited April 9, 20232 yr by Noeller

April 10, 20232 yr comment_626260 I would not be surprised if we seeBrooks back on the PGA tour at some point. He was in a pretty bad place health and game wise when he flipped. He was broken and did not think he could compete anymore and took the guaranteed money.

June 6, 20232 yr comment_634044 Not happy but getting all the best players in one place again is nice. Feel bad for some of the PGA guys who could have cashed in but chose to stick it out on the main tour.
