Tbh i think its a case of sending a message to the players to keep the game under control by the refs.

There has already been a couple instances of fights in the game thus far.

I love how they are saying sit Blow but the other QB has been even worse. They just have no option.

But really if you're Sask and Maas why the hell wouldn't you be running more of a veer/option type offense?  Fajardo can run and that's about the only way he's dangerous, you've got Powell and Morrow, a good fullback in Dupuis.

The only reason to try to win with Fajardo's arm is ego.
