he is actually. The pocket has been getting pushed back and on several throws he cant step up at all. But he has the mobility to deal with that and hasn't. The wet ball makes it hard to toss.

Bighill got mugged on that play wtf refs

I disagree on mobility.  I think he wants to drop and throw.  He's looked pretty bad on rollouts.  He can run the QB draw and short-yardage but as a passer isn't showing mobility as a strength.

  • I wouldn't give up on McGuire,   shitty weather + one team playing to get home field while the other team playing back ups and without the foot on the pedal....

  • We now have clarity on what would happen if Zach went down. Most of our starters played this game. Walters dropped the ball leaving the team so liable at such an important position.

  • Cut everyone. Blow it up.

If I was MOS we'd be seeing the last of mcguires reps pretty soon.

With McGuire's passing being so weak, Als are putting 7 men on the line every time now.

cant run against a 9 man box.

I don’t know what we’re expecting though. The weather is crap, Montreal has a pretty good defense and we’re running the ball predictably. By putting your quarterback in second and long every series isn’t a recipe for success.

Wish our gameplan was more focused on getting McGuire some rhythm as a passer as opposed to 3 yards and a cloud of dust.

Who cares W or L, we need that guy ready to play in case he needs to step into a playoff game.

He gets into a bit of rhythm running tempo and passing from the pocket and next series we stop doing that.

Think our offensive gameplan here missing the forest for the trees.  Also would have given him a reasonable OL to play behind.  Eli at tackle?  WTF.

harris has played in the same weather. 10/13. We had lots of good gains on first down, especially when brady has ran.

Harris has played almost a decade in the CFL and he has the best runningback in the CFL that is helping him make it second and manageable

Not even just that. Montreal is crowding the box and we insist on running the ball on 1st down every time. 2nd and long all day.
