Another nice little nugget is them talking about coaching. How Mos leaves the locker room and its leadership to the players. And walby talks about how cal very seldom came into the locker room. And when he did it was to sit with the OL, drink, and just talk after wins. And how great it was for them to get to know him as a person, beyond just being their coach. Mos and Cal are very much cut from the same cloth. Mos is the perfect player coach in the modern era imo.

Yeah great listen so far, the best pre game show from them imo.

You can win fast. Creating culture is a bit slower. Since 16 mos is the best leader in the league and its not even close. You can argue other coaches for Xs and Os and what ever else but over all leadership no one is with in a mile of him.

Several years ago (Im thinking hes talking ray or SJ green.) 60k housing budget for the year.

Relive that is.

Let's go AL...

No matter what anyone says he will always be a prince to me

But seriously.. al could solve a big problem for us.

Let's go blue tho...

Let's not be hanging on for deer life. Let's buck trend and show these Elks they aren't gonna become famoose off us.

QB being  anonymoose doesn't scare me. Tonight let's pack some onions on us cuz that makes elk meat more tender.

Go Blue

RIP Norm

This is obviously his team. The players take on his demeanor and qualities.  Diligent, disciplined, quietly confident, and smart. Even WJ5 isn’t over the top.

Bit of a chill in the air here this week, feeling like fall football weather.

Hopefully we send the house against the rookie QB and play tight in the back end.

Cant wait to see Wilder get the snot beat out of him tonight.

ZC will continue his magical ride with us.

Me too. Drove home after that one with my Dad and on the radio, the Rider hosts and their fans were acting like he was a future HOFer, blend of Lancaster, Moon, Dunigan, Flutie etc.

We also drove home right after, we had to turn the radio off.

Yup, everyone sings from the same songbook.

On that note, I hope the Bombers are 1-0 this week.

100%. Every one does the little things that help their team mates. In the past darvin was our run blocking wr. Right now, every guy we have is down field blocking on runs and passes that didnt go to them. Demski, adams, woli, and lawler are the best 4 man group of blocking wrs ive ever seen.
