However, when he said that he bought a new tie in Regina…well you couldn’t have pulled me away from the tv with the jaws of life. Deeply saddened that it didn’t look like the rolled up Ponderosa steak

Banks with the crucial drop and lay down on the field like he's shot followed by Ungerer making a catch and beating two defenders to the pilon. Wonder when Hamilton finally moves on from Banks.

watching ottawa is actually depressing.

feel, sorry formthe fans there. the league does not need this kind of ineptitude.

Lapo is a twice failed head coach. No one could have predicted this!

Osaka is just honest. Love that and love watching her play.

Lapo took a Mack team to the Grey Cup. That's pretty good in my books. He's the victim of crap GMs.

Ottawa is the Bombers in 2014 they have a few years to dig out of this hole. Hopefully they take there time no way you can evaluate Lapo right now.

You can evaluate plop on his decision to dump arbuckle and pass on MBT for matt nichols and for bringing in flanders and making him the incumbent starter. Also for not pulling nichols sooner 3 games 370 total passing yards 0 tds and a couple picks with no improvement. Also for marrying dom davis as the back up. Those are all pretty damning moves.

Taryn christion is a a blue chip developmental QB (a faster streveler with a bigger arm), but hes not gonna be ready this year. So even with nichols pulled (hopefully for good) they need to go find a qb who can back up and replace davis as needed.

Desjardins makes the decisions there. His ego has let Harris and Arbuckle walk away.

No way dumping arbuckle after trading for him and picking up nichols is on him. zero chance. Not only did he trade for arbuckle, he then gave up the added conditional pick to resign him. Only to sign nichols and cut arbuckle. IF any thing desjardins is prone to sitting on expensive back up qbs.

edit

@johnzo mentioned the two ottawa corners being subs.

those two looked quite bad last night. didntc seem to know where the ball was, or when to look back.

one td pass by caught by hey eugene , was closer to the ottawa guy than to eugene. ifnthe ottawa guy turned around, it was right to him.

bad pass, bad defence, good catch.

despite the touchdowns  iI think vaj is not the answer

I think ottawa makes a trade for Masoli,if Evans can keep him benched then I think hey may be prime for a trade. Nichols is either still nursing an injury or is just toast.

Thatd be a good move too.

Wouldn't be the first guy done in by shoulder injuries.

Good chance he's burned toast. But he should take an extended period to build his arm up again. If he is 100 percent recovered no way he's 100 percent strength and conditioning
