Remind me again how the Argos can stay under the cap? 

They  just added Ray to the 6 game cause Defensive Ends definitely need healthy fingers to play...no for real, they added him to the 6 game because he has a finger injury....he's a Defensive end. So using the 6 game is one strategy they're using.

plus 2 (maybe 3) big $ rec. Judge/muamba/willis/hughes can't be cheap on D. Plus two QBs making decent $ anyway. And I wouldn't call that Oline cheap. The 3 interior aren't making the min that's forsure.
