They Addressed their pass rush... have more legitimate threats on Offence now... Rick Cambell as HC... Yeah I think BC back in the mix to challenge for top spot. Report

Toronto sucked last year and at least they are trying to turn that ship around, same goes to Ottawa,. BC could have a very dynamic team depending on how free agency finishes.
