Someone mentioned in the other thread that we should be focusing on signing a top DB in free agency. I am totally on board with that after losing our top 2 guys. Who is out there and who would be a good fit for us?

Hope so. Walters did say the Bombers weren't going to be players in FA, but I really hope they can snag a solid veteran DB or two.

I'd target one of Evan's.. Mincey or Jonathon Rose as an import...and if it fits Ackie for the safety...if only one or the other is in cards I'd go for an import

Yup, didn't see him before. I'd be happy with one of Rose/Evans/Leonard/Hunter. Two if im being greedy.

Same with Rose. Or am I thinking of someone else?  I'd lean toward Evans, Leonard or Frankie Williams maybe?

I think for imports Evan's..Mincey..Levels or Rose gives us the best available option with minimal if any noticeable drop-off....Kanheh could fill a role too as a plan B but I like the first 4 if we are gonna target a guy...I honestly think we only need to go after one...we are also bringing back Boynton who showed well and another TC under his belt may do wonders and with Jones..Alexander..Maston and Taylor all coming back, and also possibly some progression from Hallet and Exume we are looking alright...so add one of the free-agents to that mix and we should be looking good...

Technically right now we could roll with Jones and Alexander on the corners with Maston and Taylor at half back if we had to and be pretty effective...just gotta figure out where that Canadian is gonna start..Safety or D-line
