Stamps player was dilly dallying on the sidelines & ran forward so why would that be a penalty?

Edmonton made the same mistake earlier, if it’s third and short and you’re on the 40 yard line you either go for it or kick the FG. 

Don’t punt the ball, especially when we’re getting creamed on returns.
