I took an in-country R&R during my second tour in the Nam. Really enjoyed Bangkok and came back with some new shirts! And nothing else if you get my drift!

I hit the Nam in early 1969 and was in Bangkok early 1970 and it was just sort of starting up although had been in existence for some time. I took an out of country to Sidney (Kings Cross Area) at the end of my second tour. Actually like Sidney a little better.
