Matthews was considered questionable anyways because they figure to let him heal seeing as we have a bye in the second week. He should be ready week 3.

Agree on the oline. And while Id love to see mathews, Its a great chance for Lucky and Lawler to distinguish them selves. I like the up side of the guys in the middle of the OL, but Im more worried about the level of play on the OL then the Wrs. 

They dont have a ton of experience or chemistry yet. And in the pre season we struggled run blocking in side. They looked good in pass pro though.

The Lions have  a worse line on both sides and must have as many new faces.

I'll take 3 new faces who have had somewhere between months and years to practice with the team over the new to each other unit BC has.

B.C. Lions have claimed OL J.S. Roy off the #Eskimos practice roster. The Lions will have to add Roy to their 46-man roster this week. #CFL

Theyll have a guy on the 46 that has had at most 3 days of practice with the team.....good luck Reilly.

how many of their starting O-line are returnees...it will take several games at least for all the new pieces to mesh and give Reilly significant time
