There aren't many guys in the CFL who are natural centres.  Centre is where you put someone who can't block, if anyone is a good OL in CIS or NCAA they likely aren't playing centre unless they are at Alabama or schools like that.

Oliveira might be the best player in this draft.  He sorta thumbed his nose at the CFL Draft process going all-in down south and he's not a OL, but I have a hard time believing there's anyone in this class who's a better football player.  He'll be real valuable.
