I think both co-ordinators are due for replacement. 3 seasons is a pretty long stretch for coordinators. Dinwiddie is a pretty interesting idea... September 7, 20186 yr comment_353628 I think O'Shea has reached his own level of incompetence. It's called the Peter Principle. He brought the team up to the level it was at last season & now they're falling back. I believe from what I'veseen that he is absolutely incapable of delivering us a West Division Championship let alone a Grey Cup victory. Another head coach will have to do it. At the end of the season he will have had 5 complete seasons to get things done. If the Bombers continue their tailspin then he doesn't deserve to come back next year.
