Posted June 28, 20187 yr comment_339331 I would bet the Red Blacks are feeling cocky after their last week blow out ... by contrast I expect a relaxed business like approach from the perennial first place finishers ... it would not surprise me to see Calgary pull away in the 2nd Q

One of those ties was last year against this same Redblacks team. Actually, that team wasn’t as good as this one, this one has a Noel Thorpe defence.
June 29, 20187 yr comment_339476 CAL took clean gorgeous red and white unis and over the years warped it into clown suits. Don't get it Edited June 29, 20187 yr by Zontar
June 29, 20187 yr comment_339478 i hate football games on mon-thurs. I also feel like the gap between reilly and the rest of the qbs in the league is growing.

Don't get it Thanks to their equipment manager of 50 years who is colour blind. Both teams have black helmets like go figure. This is all on George Hopkins. He was the one who brought in the black helmets, decides on what the team wears on Game Day & was the man behind the ugly black in their uniforms. Edited June 29, 20187 yr by SpeedFlex27
June 29, 20187 yr comment_339483 Looks like Thorpe's defense is going to be a thorn in everyone's side again. Giving CAL all they can handle.

June 29, 20187 yr comment_339487 If Singleton makes a habit of celebrating tackles 15 yards downfield he's going to get as much respect as Muamba. Smarten up. BLM missed 2nd and 3rd down throws on last drive, one a sure TD if he puts it on the receiver.
June 29, 20187 yr comment_339488 That's PI IMO. The DB has to play the ball there, he gets position but stops moving and doesn't really play the ball. Bad call.
June 29, 20187 yr comment_339489 Mitchell's best days might be in the past. He looks pretty ordinary. Missed wide open receivers a few times. Passes no where near them. Can't do anything when the pocket collapses. last year sore arm was the post season excuse. Edited June 29, 20187 yr by Mark F
June 29, 20187 yr comment_339490 Mitchell is just missing his throws. He's a long way to being washed up. Most CFL teams would love to have a washed up qb like Mitchell.

June 29, 20187 yr comment_339494 More concerning is Stamps attendance which is in free fall. Great team but the crowds are getting smaller & smaller.... Fans just don't want to go to games at the 58 year old McMahon Stadium. Plus losing the last 2 Grey Cups has pissed a lot of people off here & have decided that they don't want to go to games anymore. Those 2 losses has really hurt the bottom line. We need a new stadium here but no one wants to build one. The Flames who own the Stamps only care about their team. They want a new $600 million arena for their hockey team & the City & the Flames are back negotiating but it does not include a new stadium. Meanwhile the team keep winning but fans stay away. The scary part is someday the Stamps will fall on hard times & when that happens the stadium will be a ghost town.
June 29, 20187 yr comment_339500 Just now, Mark F said: what a dirty hit by hebert. Wouldn't feel bad if someone broke that POS legs. He tries to injure players every game.
June 29, 20187 yr comment_339502 3 plays from the 4 yard line and Powell doesn’t touch the ball once. Good job.
