In a related story every QB Montreal currently has on their roster was found curled up in a ball, weeping and muttering, the hits, the hits, all those hits.

He's a better head coach than OC in my opinion.  Seems like a good fit in Montreal.  They're going to lose more than they win as long as Kavis is there so I don't know that it matters too much who the head coach is.

I don't speak French, but apparently, Stubler is now also in the mix.  If I'm reading the opening paragraph correctly, he's 90.

I'm not a super huge fan of John Hodge, but this made me chuckle...

The #AlsMTL appear to have narrowed their search for a head coach down to Marcel Bellefeuille and Rich Stubler, calling into question whether or not they're aware it's no longer 2008.

Haha not even close! It says that Stubler was Kavis Reed's DC when he was a player in the mid 90s

it truly is. I kind of always viewed the Als as the class of the east.. Hated rivals but had a healthy respect for them.  Now, its sad to see how the management has pile driven the team into the ground like they have.

Just the fact that a number of decent candidates have renounced their applications after an interview indicates Kavis is probably going to drag the Als. further into the weeds before he's done.  I believe the man has no common sense.

I'm wondering if Kavis is telling guys that he's going to be very involved with their decision making and not going to give them as much freedom as most would like, so that's why a lot of guys are backing off from this....

That would be my best guess. I pity the sportswriters who have to interview him.

Gary Crowton? Is Mack really running the show?

Crowton sounds like the Guy. LMFAO. Altho with Stubler and Joseph rumored.. Might work.

Gary ******* Crowton? This has Macks dirty hands all over it. 

Open your eyes Sleepy Joe...Really; open your eyes.

If it turns out to be Crowton, Mack will have driven another franchise into the dark ages. Both are living proof that bull **** baffles brains.....they talk the talk but have no concept of the CFL and what works.

Gary Crowton? Amazing what failure can do for a resume. Don't be surprised if Jason Boltus is signed by the Als if Crowton is hired. Joe Mack was one of the worst GMs in CFL history yet these failed retreads keep getting jobs. Unbelievable. 

 

Holy **** Mike Sherman now??  I gotta admit that would be pretty cool, he had a hell of a run as the Packers head coach in the early 2000s.
