July 9, 20177 yr comment_275464 We've never been great recruiting linebackers & receivers. That's where our team falls virtually flat. Has since 2014. We should be a lot better in those areas. We rebuilt our DL. etc. Poor scouting is a few years ago when we had massive holes all over the place and no one with a pulse to fill them.

Its still our management team. scouting cfl talent is more important then down south. Said before camp i thought it was gonna be hurl unless some one was crazy good. Look how good jeffcoat was and he is on the pr. The best players in camp/ps dont automatically win spots on a team that is coached by a players coach.

Because of the weirdness of the CFL and the ratio, LB Kyle Knox was in competition with DT Cory Johnson for a starting spot.

IMO we should be considering moving Bond to RT and starting Couture on the OL.

The easiest move is rotating Corney, Thomas and Ekakitie to fill your 7th NI - I'd really look at giving Corney major reps instead of Jeffcoat right now
