Ducks aren't letting him go mid-season.

Goaltending is 1 problem.  Lack of d zone play is 1 problem.  Buff is 1 problem.  Lack of structure is 1 problem.  Coaching is 1 problem.  

Where to start. 

I don't really want to see Maurice take tge bullet for lack of effort by certain vets but.... I think that's probably what will happen

Can't hurt, looking at the Wheeler interview and he just looks beat down also to a point that something needs to happen.

It's overwhelming.  There's a sense they could do nothing. What can they do?  On the other hand there must be consequences.

Trade a vet or fire Maurice.  

I think I'd try to trade buff wheeler little Toby and keep Maurice and let him see what he can do with the young guys at this point 

Really does look like a team who has given up on Maurice tho.

Wheeler and Little are good. I wouldn't trade them. 

I don't know. It's hard. Re-build in year 7?  They are still young.  Wrong systems. Wrong voices. That's all I can think

What vets can they dump? This team is so young they have really only have Stafford to cut.

If anything this team needs to acquire a few vets.

 

Buff has played more minutes than any other player in the league.

Depth.  Lots of average forward chip and chasers...  no D depth
