I was a fan of the American remake of Dragon but the gf loves the original.  She will be sad.

Scored the last goal in the history of the WHA, in the last game of the playoffs against Winnipeg.

 

He also scored the opening goal in the Battle of Alberta when the Flames moved to Calgary.  He's the answer to quite a few trivia questions, especially when he wasn't there to score goals.

Heart issues and defects can happen to anyone regardless of age. Some people are born with defects and lots arent diagnosed unfortunately until after death 

Ugh. I really enjoyed True Blood and he was certainly a highlight. Very sad.

ugh... absolutely loved the original Night of the Living Dead and even Dawn of the Dead (also the original, not the one with Mekhi Phifer and Ving Rhames)

After watching some sort of garbage the other night (2016's Peelers) you really get an appreciation for Romero's zombie movies back in the day. Him and Tom Savini (make up) were a good combo going for a while.

I thought he died a long time ago.  Guess that takes another one off the death list for 2017.  Herman Wouk still going at 102!
