Dude was the definition of ratio breaker....a huge value pick-up in Fantaseh......but just couldn't stay healthy the last few years. 

Always been a Durie fan ... respect to anyone who can come back from a massive injury like he did.

(He missed his last two seasons of university ball due to nerve damage in his knee, but still jumped to the Argos the season after, somehow.)

That seems pretty huge...  riders will pick him up

Dyakowski really showed his age last year. If anyone picks him up, it'll be for cheap and only as a mentor-6th OL kinda guy......like Keeping was supposed to be last year.

He's not even that old, but he did seem to really fall off last season.

No idea. I won't pretend I paid much attention to him, but he lost his starting position last season, and now his job, so the coaches must think he was the problem.

He missed 2014 due to a major injury and never seemed to regain his form.  He was an allstar guard at one point but at 33 years old.... don't think he's making a comeback.  Could be a good depth guy I guess, if he can play centre.  Not much use for a 6th OL who can only play guard, IMO.

 

Dyakowski had a really bad knee injury in the 2013 Grey Cup and has never been close to good since then.

He'd be a good fit with the Riders pending retirement NI squad.  Labatte, Best, Brouillette, Bagg, Gaydosh.

I doubt it,  he got a lot of rider fans and their media's panties in a knot when he tweeted studies show the ticats have the best fans in Canada,  his twitter blew up like there was going to be a lynching at the time

Sure, but as soon as they sign him it's the best signing of free agency.

Walters needs to quickly sign him and trade him to the Riders for a 4th rounder before he retires.

Just like last year, when I learned that the Bombers had blown money on washed up FA players on Day one,......while the Riders wisely scooped up all the good young ones on Day 2.   At least that was the story.

That was pretty funny. The interview he did afterward was a piece of art. He trolled them so well.

 

I think the Rider fans would take it in stride if he were signed.

1 step forward, 2 steps back.  The poor old Jones/Murphy disciples over at Riderfans catch seem to catch a break.  All they want is to stick Jones triumphs down others cakeholes and to trash other teams for their transactions, but ole Jones just keeps pulling the rug from under them.
