The way you guys like to pick everything apart, not saying much is probably the smartest thing MOS can do. We could always try the maple leafs approach of letting the fans and media chase guys out of town they don't can do their jobs. Very successful in getting rid of guys without the right stuff for the playoffs like Mitch Marner. Take a breath and enjoy the team for what it is. Plenty of time for bitching once the games actually start 😂

Disagree. The bombers hired a social media engagement consultant. They developed a word cloud to visualize fan engagement. Thomas appeared as one of the largest words in the cloud. The consultant thus confirmed the fan base is incredibly engaged with Thomas and highly recommended his resigning him based on projected additional revenue driven by fan engagement. 
Other words that popped Hogan, MOS and Rum hut. So the course of the team has been set in the CFL version of Moneyball based on social media engagement instead of, checks notes, getting on base.

My completely uneducated guess would be pre snap motion, width and number of players would be a bigger learning curve than having extra space in the end zone
