Jets played well. Dano is very strong defensively but needs time much like armia did. Got out goalied once again. Buff and Trouba were very good. Not sure why they don't play together Myers and enstrom were very meh. Chiarot was ok. Postma was better than stu and Pardy Thought most forwards were solid. Really does come down to Pavelec sucking Pretty tough to score in the 3rd when Florida Is playing 5 guys at their blue line

Raff hopefully gets a call up. He could be a good bottom 6 player. The only concern would be injuries.

Stemp playing on the third or 4th line doesn't get the amount of points he has now. That's just reality. The guy is a journeyman gonna be on his like 9th team in 9 years. A 2nd? Lol from who. Jets got him for a guy not playing in the nhl or ahl anymore. Stempniak is the most over rated player in the history of jets 1.0 and 2.0 Stempniak makes no difference to this team. We are tied for 3rd last. Stemp doesn't change that. Lol at a 2nd Rd pick. Highly doubt that. Stempniak is not worth a 2nd Rd pick cuz on a decent team he's a 4th liner. 4th liners don't get 2nd Rd picks

No. Jets won't have interest in Russell. He's basically mark Stuart. Plus he's a ufa to be so if they wanted him... sign him as a free agent Tkachuk is being over rated I think. If Matthews and the Finns are not there when the jets pick and they want BPA and not LHD then Nylander or even dubois are your guys. Keller is also coming on strong. I'm not convinced Tkachuk is the BPA after the top 3. His numbers playing in the ohl aren't really that great. Benefited from playing with Matthews last year with the USNTDP.

Cormier is probably a good guy to have on the farm. I don't think i'd move him. You need some "ahl" vets on the Moose and he seems like he's a good leader out there. Yeah he will never be anything in the NHL but he's a decent AHL'r

Jets can't finish last, they don't suck as much as Toronto or Edmonton. Top 3 picks are determined by a draft lottery anyway so this thread is somewhat pointless. Doesn't matter who finishes 30th 29th or 28th. The lottery will determine who picks 1st 2nd and 3rd.

Crouse is just a big player, similar to Lowry. Danos ceiling is much higher. People get caught up on size a little 2 much. That was what the Jets were asking for, just like they apparently asked Chicago for Teuvo Teravainen at first. Flordia balked, Chicago said we will give you Dano instead. Jets took it. Crouse is not good.

Some thought that Pardy is on waivers because a team has interest in him as depth for their AHL team, in order to be on the playoffs for an AHL team, you need to be on the roster by tomorrow at 2 pm so if he clears today, seems likely, you might see a package deal involving burmi and pardy to someone with burmi being put on that teams main roster and pardy being sent to the minors since he wouldn't have to clear anymore. Pretty obvious the JETS are DONE with pardy, maurice called him a rec league player the other day and pardy went on a rant about how he feels he should have been playing more. Pardy is being shopped, this probably has something to do with it.

Funny. Cuz tsn reported that Florida backed off when they heard the asking price was a 1st and top prospect. So who knows what's true. Doubt Florida offered Crouse and Crouse is kind of over rated anyways

Drouin could probably be had for Myers straight up. Tampa wants an RHD. Drouins value is not equal 2 ehlers or Connor that's for sure. Guys not even playing hockey right now. Myers plus a small add is the most I'd offer. Not enough? Then let someone else overpay for him. I feel people think Drouin has massive value cuz he was drafted 3rd overall 3 years ago now. Yet... he asked to be traded and is now sitting out. Myers plus Harkins is probably all I'd offer. What if you trade for Drouin and Maurice puts him on the 3rd line. Does he sulk again?

Chevy staying in Pittsburgh for deadline day they said today on sportsnet That's interesting. I think we might see some more deals. Stafford, Pardy, Burmi, Postma, Chiarot maybe thorburn and even Enstrom are all probably available. Wouldn't surprise me to see some of them moved Monday or Tomorrow

Get Armia away from Lowry. Get Perreault away from Stafford I'd probably put Armia with Perreault Lowry with Stafford I'm not sure that I really like armia and Dano with Lowry. Lowry really isn't a skilled player. Armia Perreault Dano would be decent Burmi Lowry Stafford I guess with little out tho.... not many options

It matters to some guys that's for sure. Not all but some for sure.
