It doesn't matter when they get eliminated... the 8 teams eliminated in the first round are ranked in reverse order based on record.. for example if the following teams get eliminated (ranked best record to worst): Chi, NYI, SJ, TB, Nash, Phil, Det, Min, then the draft picks would be #15 Min, #16 Det, #17 Phl, etc... in which case Chi would be #22

Is Bauming just speculating these changes, or does he have some inside knowledge?... he also commented on twitter that the team sees Waggoner as a LB and not the replacement at safety... EDIT: Bombers website lists Waggoner as a DB... not sure if that means anything, just an observation...
