George Reed.....one heckuva back...In his prime he was a lot like Brady....bulling type of runner....I remember one player saying that you would never want to ever try and one arm tackle the guy, unless you wanted to lose the use of that arm..... He punished defenders leaving them in his wake....He was that strong that nobody wanted to tackle him and he definitely was a force for the Riders along with Lancaster for quite awhile....................Rip Reed.....you were a good one

AND I hope this takes place in these last few games.....we need to start playing the team we are going to send to the Cup

Re/ the Bomber, Argo tilt.....It would have been a better game had it been in the last two regular season games for both clubs.....Even though there wasn't much to gain for the TO team, they might have put in a better effort..... lasting impressions and wanting to look like a force going into post season playoff's can be....well lasting.....We got what we wanted out of that game a win....argo's didn't get a thing but a few nic's

I'd like to see some change-up on the O Line.....Pass protection is definitely faltering...We have the horses to make that move

Dimwoodie was shaking like a leaf holding their game chart....must have had a rough previous night....I don't think it was us putting any fright in to him but that was no wind blowing it around in his hand....They didn't show us anything new....and I don't think we gave them anything different just straight up football ...If it weren't for us needing the 2 pts. I would have liked to have seen some of our backups but...... c'est la vie

Played has hard as we had to.....got the 2 pts. and that all that matters as of now....Didn't like the way we tried to make their backup look like an allstar to start the game BUT in the end was replaced by a neardowell ....That showed how much interest the argo's really had in the game....Dropped passes by our vaunted receivers was a downer but all things considered we caught what we had to put the game in the win margin....Zack took some serious hits that I didn't like....Houston was banged up but Parker filled for him successfully ...We need someone else to return punts for sure.... I hope Grant is back soon because I'm getting sick and tired of us starting deep and also watching the almost next to nothing coverage on their punt returns...Anyway we are in pretty good shape heading into B.C.....We better bring the A game

Lion's have a soft one today going against the vaunted green guys....IF we drop this one tonight AND the leos pull off an upset (ha ha) we're going to be scrambling for position......I would much rather have them playing us at IGF than us having to play in their friendly confines....A lot of conjecture here AND a lot can happen from now till the end of the reg. season ...so it's 'JUST WIN BABY' starting tonight

I don't think either club will be giving anything away.....Playing close to the vest kinda takes the edge off the game, and I think that's what we'll see ...a glorified preseasoner and that's too bad

To be the best you have to beat the best.......T.O. definitely has a contender for the Cup....so do we....The team who comes out on top Fri. will have some bragging rights, and this game could definitely project into the Cup game....I say we'll leave the better impression

Time to man up in the next two.....We need to make a serious statement in both games to show that this club still has the nads to get it done....Coming off of a bye week helps AND IF we play with the proper roster we have a good chance of taking the Argo and B.C. tilt.....T.O. has nothing to gain in the standings and that's too bad, where the Lions have almost everything on the line....Should be a couple of solid 'playoff type' action in the B.C. game for sure, and a lot to prove in the Argo game ....especially in front of our hometown fans....Go get em Bombers

I don't know what it will take to actually get the CFL fans to turn out in the big smoke...They have a very competitive team.....won a Cup and have what it appears to be a franchise qb........The management is solid and have put together what appears to be a winner.....It's sad to see the fans in T.O. staying away and if it weren't for the rest of the CFL Chadwick and his boys wouldn't be paid anything....The CFL has to carry them and it's sad to see a storied franchise like that having to be carried year....after year ...after year....especially with their population....The 'nfl wannabe' cry has died down there to a loud roar recently, but those fans are still there and we seem unable to convert them...Some things never change

YUP.....walking away with the west last year did not end well for us....Nothing like having to fight for a position in the standings, to keep your edge, going into post reg. season

I hope he doesn't carry a dirk......that could be painful He took a big hit on the knee last time out.....I thought he'd be on the sidelines not Ouellete....If he's playing we know he'd like to put it to us....no doubt

I wonder what we're thinking?...Are we or did we give him a call to find out what his latest plans are.....IF he comes back to the CFL he's definitely our player until Feb. of 24'....after that I'm not so sure....He can pick up a few cheques now....and who knows maybe some Cup dough,can't see him throwing that away....???

Part of O'Shea's success is from the image he projects as a 'hands off' good guy...I have trouble with the suggestion that he'll make any adjustment to the way he coaches....He had the choice in tc to go with a changed approach but remained status quo, for the most part....We see now we have some glaring inefficiencies ....can we change that.....Still not too late as we have brought in a few prospects that IF injected into a game could make a difference....Will we???? A player like Blackmon, who reportedly looks pretty good at practice, should get a shot...we'll see

Once again....we start slow and deep in our zone.....the Cats start at centre field ....Do the coaches not see that our special teams are crap....or is it just not considered a priority.....We are a better club than what showed yesterday...talent wise.....the otherwise is a fail.....IF we don't find a way to put more pressure on the qb. it's going to be a long last part of the season....We're turning uknown qb.s into stars ....the poor play of the secondary except for a couple of guys, has to change....What's the latest word on Ford....we could use a player of his calibre to shake things up.....Zack had a 50/50 game ....looked good on some nice bombs but then regressed into throwing pics......Poor effort let a lesser club walk away with the 2 pts......and I didn't see a Cup winner in Ham. yesterday
