If things go well this year, I expect LaPo may be West Coast bound, destination Herveytown..

I thought he was a bit nicked up but it might be something else going on, not a good sign imo. This is last chance highway for Lankford.

Yah, you'd really think so, if Nichols was okay they'd want to get the news out asap so it didn't deter season ticket sales. As it stands I imagine ticket sales have come to a screeching halt.

Will these drugs fix Nichols?

Training Camp 2018
Bring back LeFevour to teach him how to win games without ever throwing the ball. 😀

On the other hand if it was super serious, wouldn't they bring out the cart?

Training Camp 2018
It might take Ekakitie plus Wolitarsky or Petermann to pry Adams loose but I'd rather give up hit or miss draft picks.

That would be "Gimli Goose" for fine wine connoisseurs....

Training Camp 2018
If the Bombers are forced to trade for a QB now they will have to give up some serious assets to acquire a decent one.

Training Camp 2018
Apparently so, I haven't read any negative reports on his pass-catching and he looked like a viable receiver at the 2017 Combine when he participated in those drills.

Training Camp 2018
His running style is very similar to Andrew Harris, he must have spent time studying his tapes.

A few extra Augustine highlights on the CJOB site. https://globalnews.ca/news/4255302/winnipeg-blue-bombers-augustine-not-fazed-by-clubs-depth-at-running-back/ Good Blue Bomber podcast from Doug Brown, towards the end of the show he discusses the missing depth chart issue and explains some of the potential reasoning for not providing one, which might be related to the rash of retirements we've seen this year. https://omny.fm/shows/the-winnipeg-blue-bombers-podcast/blue-bomber-podcast-with-doug-brown-06-05-2018?in_playlist=the-winnipeg-blue-bombers-podcast!podcast

Training Camp 2018
According to O'Shea, Clarke was cut to give a few young DB's more playing time to evaluate. I guess Clarke was fairly "meh" and he's confident they can do much better.

Way better than the 45 sec. highlight package TSN provided, I'm about fed up with their piss-poor promotion of the CFL.

Training Camp 2018
Hell, I'd cut the QB's to 3 as they did last year, save some bucks and cut the dead weight now, use the P.R. spots for players who realistically have a chance to progress and contribute in the future, not wasted on pretend stories.

Not one bloody moving picture to be found in the whole bloody digital universe not focused on Johnny Manziels's bloody arse? Where are the bloody Bomber highlights??? Any reports on LB performances?

Friday June 1st Edmonton here
I think the best Augustine can hope for this year is a P.R. spot, possible savings on the horizon if he can replace LaFrance next season.

Bomber Moves 2018
On second view, I think KR is his only real hope, too short for a receiver and the age of scat backs is virtually gone, RB's need enough power to punch their own holes and shrug off tacklers. Harris, Flanders, Wilder, Messam, Cameron Marshal, Anthony Allan, Jeremiah Johnson, John White, Alex Green, William Powell...all tough backs who can make yards on their own with or without decent holes.
