I see Kevin Francis is currently a F.A., he played Teams last year in Ottawa and the previous 3 years in Sask. he dabbled in the secondary, he may be another version of Derek Jones but at 6'-5" 220 lbs. he has size and might be worth a look at Safety.

Never liked Laing, he had a reputation of being a dirty player earlier in his career, I don't know if that is still true. or not. Also re-signed Jake and have Connor Griffiths in waiting, what do they need Laing for? The Argo D was near the bottom of the barrel in most categories including against the run, giving up an average of 118 yds/game compared to the Bombers 64 yds/game, if Laing is brought in to replace Nevis, I'd give it a big thumbs down.

Maintaining the short game also limits Zach's exposure to getting sacked, the quicker he gets rid of the ball the better his odds of surviving to play another game. Broxton (6-3, 330, Baylor, March 23, 1993 in Olney, MD) was a two-year starter for the Bears after transferring from junior college. He was an all Big-12 first-team selection and helped the Bears to the nation’s No. 2-ranked rushing offense. He signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2016, and spent most of that season on their practice roster.
