How is that the solution when it has been shown that Adams was only a half yard off the line, well within the rules? There was no illegal procedure on the play. It only makes matters worse that the ref said he was fine, then after the play changed his mind. The whole thing stinks of incompetence beyond the imagining. Where does the league find these guys? The refs didn't announce who the player was during the game, and as Arash Madani reported, when Oshea asked the ref for clarification on the penalty, the ref put his head down and walked away.

Oshea just said on CJOB coaches show that the offense needs to start coming out of halftime with "better adjustments". This tells me MB is gone. Oshea then complemented the D on its good halftime adjustments. Shutting down Cornish in second half was his example.

OK...everyone makes mistakes. I'm certainly not immune to them. However, why didn't they pick up the flag? His memory couldn't be that bad that he couldn't remember 5 seconds later that he did indeed acknowledge Adam's position on the line. This doesn't make sense. Agreed. And I'd assume that Adams and/or O'Shea would have told the ref, "yes we did have an end...Darvin Adams, and you acknowledged it". Would that not jog his memory?
